Minimums and Set-ups

Garment Prices include a 1 color, 1 location imprint.

Delivery (most items) 7-10 working days from approval of artwork, subject to availability of blank goods.
Minimum order

1-color imprint – 12 pcs              4-color imprint – 48 pcs.

2-color imprint – 24 pcs.             5-color imprint – 60 pcs.

3-color imprint – 36 pcs.             6-color imprint – 72pcs

Less than minimum charge is $20.00 for each color minimum not met.

Screen Prep Charge – $20.00 per screen. Screens are kept on file for re-orders 12 months

Multi-color designs – One screen required for each ink color being printed.

Multi-color printing on dark garments requires a white underbase and a flash. Flash Curing counts as a color.

Caps require separate screens from garments – $20.00 per color.

No minimums No minimum order using (DTG) Direct To Garment. Light color shirts only.

Frequently Asked Questions

Why do dark shirts cost more to print?

Dark shirts require an underbase of white ink to obtain Maximum opacity and brightness of the inks. The underbase counts as a color.

Do you offer volume discounts?

Volume discounts apply to same set-up, same color printing. Separate jobs cannot be combined. Does not apply to non-garment products.

Can you create a design for my business?

Yes we Can! We have complete in-house art services capable of designing from scratch, or working with your existing files and/or sketches. Minimum art charge is $15.00. Artwork is billed at $30.00 per hour.

Can I save money if I provide my own garments?

We buy in volume. You’ll generally do better if we provide the garment. We are not responsible for manufacturing defects, misprints or shortages on customer supplied goods.

Do you print names and numbers on  garments and other accessories?

Yes, we provide names and numbers. Please call or email for details.
